Refund Policy

Archietalicinfo provides AI automation setup and monthly service support. Because setup work may begin after order confirmation, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Monthly subscription cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle. Approved cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund completed service periods.

Custom enterprise work may follow separate written terms.
