ARCHIETALICINFO – Web Design & Development Project Agreement
1. Project Overview
This agreement is between ARCHIETALICINFO (Developer) and the Client for the purpose of designing and developing a website using WordPress and/or an E-commerce platform.
The developer agrees to provide website design, development, and basic optimization services based on the agreed project scope.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% upfront payment is required before the project begins.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the client approves the final website before the website is transferred or launched.
Full payment in advance is also accepted.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank Transfer
- Remittance Services
- Other payment methods agreed upon by both parties
3. Project Timeline
The typical project completion time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on:
- Project complexity
- Client response time
- Availability of required materials
The timeline will begin once the client provides all required resources such as content, images, logo, and login access if necessary.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide the following materials before development begins:
- Website content (text, descriptions, etc.)
- Images and branding materials
- Company logo
- Product details for e-commerce websites (if applicable)
Note: Logo design is not included in this agreement unless separately requested.
5. Design Resources
Any premium resources required for the project such as:
- Paid fonts
- Stock images
- Premium themes
- Plugins or software licenses
will be paid for by the client. The client will retain full rights to use these resources after purchase.
6. Revisions
The project includes up to two (2) design revisions.
Additional revisions, major changes, or new design requests outside the original scope will be charged at:
$[rate] per hour or quoted separately depending on the request.
7. Additional Work
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope will require:
- A new quotation
- A separate invoice
- Client approval before work begins
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once the full payment has been received, the client will obtain full ownership rights to the final website design and content created for the project.
The developer reserves the right to display the completed project in their portfolio for promotional purposes.
9. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has already started, the client will be responsible for payment covering:
- Work hours already completed
- Any purchased tools, themes, or plugins
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
10. Payment Confirmation
After making a payment, the client must provide:
- Payment receipt
- Transaction code or reference number
Once payment is confirmed, ARCHIETALICINFO will immediately begin working on the client’s website project.
11. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting payment and confirming the project, the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
